Work was caried out on behalf of Sherburn Aero Club in relation to planning applications for a Biomass Boiler on land adjacent to the airfield.Working closely with the Club, Applicant (L&G Homes) and Applicant's consultant (Eddowes Air Safety), PoCCol created an impact analysis solution that satisfied the CAA's CAP 168 Runway Safeguarding conditions and, after re-positioning of the facility, allowed L&G Homes to apply for planning permission with the Aero Club's consent.
